Last week, Komgo welcomed its French-speaking user community in Paris for a new edition of its User Conference, hosted this year by Natixis. The event brought together financial institutions and corporates to discuss key developments in trade finance and the strategic evolution of the Komgo platform
Market outlook and the accelerating digital transformation
Guillaume Genet, Global Co-Head of Global Trade at Natixis CIB, opened the session by highlighting current dynamics shaping the trade finance industry, including the growing importance of digitalisation and the pivotal role of robust technological partnerships. He also reaffirmed Natixis’ strong positioning and long-term commitment to supporting this transformation.
2025 achievements and the 2026 roadmap
Audrey de Morpurgo, Komgo’s Head of Products, provided an overview of the major milestones achieved over the past year, as well as key learnings from the 2024 edition and challenges faced by users and the wider ecosystem.
She also presented the main pillars of the 2026 roadmap, characterised by:
• the introduction of new product features,
• a strong focus on UI/UX and connectivity,
• the progressive and pragmatic integration of artificial intelligence across Komgo solutions.
AI prototypes and live demonstrations
Guy de Pourtalès, Komgo’s CTO, showcased several live demonstrations of AI-based features. These prototypes illustrate the potential of AI to improve:
• data processing
• reduction of manual tasks
• operational accuracy
• overall decision support
Strengthening collaboration within the community
The conference concluded with a networking reception designed to foster discussion, promote the exchange of best practices and strengthen relationships within this engaged French-speaking community.
